What are your MOQs for Activewear vs. Technical Outerwear? +
We offer flexible tiers to support brand growth:

1. Standard Activewear (Leggings/Tees): MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style/color using our available stock market fabrics.
2. Technical Outerwear (Jackets/Windbreakers): Due to the complexity of woven materials and trims, MOQs typically start at 100-200 pieces per style.
For custom fabric dyeing (Pantone match), mill minimums apply (usually 300+ yards).
Do you offer waterproof seam sealing for outdoor gear? +
Yes. For high-performance hiking and rainwear, we have specialized hot-air seam sealing machines. We work with 2.5-layer and 3-layer laminated fabrics to achieve waterproof ratings from 5,000mm to 20,000mm. We also provide waterproof zippers and laser-cut pockets for a fully technical finish.
Can you source sustainable or recycled fabrics? +
Absolutely. We have established partnerships with GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified mills. We can source:
  • RPET (Recycled Polyester): Made from plastic bottles, ideal for leggings and shorts.
  • Econyl / Recycled Nylon: For high-end compression wear.
  • Organic Cotton & Bamboo: For loungewear and yoga basics.
What branding options do you offer for sportswear? +
Sportswear requires durable branding that stretches with the fabric. We offer:
  • Silicone Heat Transfer: Raised 3D effect, high stretch, premium look.
  • Reflective Printing: Silver or rainbow reflective for safety (night running).
  • Sublimation: Full-body print for team jerseys (no fading).
  • Jacquard Elastic: Custom woven waistbands for underwear/leggings.
How do you ensure the fit for performance wear? +
Fit is critical in activewear. Our process includes: 1. Digital Pattern Making: Creating precise CAD patterns. 2. Fabric Shrinkage Testing: Adjusting patterns based on fabric elasticity. 3. Live Model Fitting: We test samples on models in motion (squatting/stretching) to ensure coverage and comfort before bulk production.
What are your standard production lead times? +
Sampling: 7-14 days depending on materials.
Bulk Production: 35-50 days after sample approval and deposit.
